Neat, it’s Greek!

I am addicted to Greek yogurt. It is so thick and creamy and similar to custard. Greek yogurt has double the protein, is lower in calories and sodium then traditional yogurt and is filled with probiotics, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and B12. Now that I’ve tasted the good stuff, I can’t eat Yoplait and Dannon yogurt anymore. Traditional brands (even the lite versions) taste more like a cup of melted ice cream to me then yogurt. It is packed with so much sugar (often over 30 grams of sugar per serving.)

My husband loves store bought frozen burritos, but I am not a fan because they are so full of fat and preservatives. To me they taste processed, greasy and stale. I take it as a personal challenge to make food my hubby will like better then his beloved bachelor food. These Cafe Rio Sweet Pork frozen burritos have wowed him. They are healthy, taste fresh and are full of flavor. You are going to love this recipe!

Raspberry jam is like a dessert at our house and I want to show you how easy it is to make. It really is as simple as making instant pudding! Freezer jam can be made from fresh or frozen berries, so stock up when berries are on sale or freeze your extra fruit. I have switched to use Ball Pectin instead of MCP Pectin. Ball Pectin only takes 3 minutes to stir, 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 30 minutes to sit on your counter and you are DONE. Now that is easy!

The Pizza muffins shown here have a cute tiger face punched out of seaweed sheet with a craft punch. Aren’t they cute?! I haven’t been able to find seaweed sheets anywhere so I use fresh spinach instead.
