I’m excited to announce my two new cookbooks: BYU and U of U Tailgate Party Cookbooks! I can’t wait until football season starts! My dream has been to have a cookbook with beautiful pictures that inspire you throughout the entire book and these books have it! There are 30 recipes with 30 full page gorgeous pictures that inspire you and make you drool. Photographer Zac Williams did an outstanding job.

Book tour was wonderful! I look forward to doing it again in the Fall. What a treat it was to be with fans and show my book to people that had never heard of it before. Freezer meals really are for everyone, so it was enjoyable to share my ideas with people that are either already making freezer meals or wanted to get started but weren’t quite sure how.

I was excited to add “Fabulous Freezer Meals” to my collection of cookbooks above the microwave tonight. I picked up a few copies of the book today in Brigham City on my way to film a few cooking segments with the hosts of Good Things Utah. They will be giving away three copies of my book on Friday, March 26th during their show. (ABC Channel 4, 10-11 a.m.)
This is a picture of Barry (the owner of Brigham Distribution) and I just after I first flipped through a copy of “Fabulous Freezer Meals”. To have a published cookbook is a dream come true, this was a big day in the life of Jenny Stanger.
This book is the cutest cookbook I have ever seen. (I may be biased) From the size of the book, to the darling fonts chosen and the cute graphics inside (not to mention all of the recipes are my favorite), I am in love with the book and so proud to have my name on the cover.

“Fabulous Freezer Meals” is being printed this week and will be in on it’s way to distributors by March 15th. This means books will be on shelves by March 26th! Books will be at Deseret Book, available on Amazon.com and after a few weeks they will be at Costco and Barnes and Noble as well. I will be making a guest chef appearance on Good Things Utah Friday, March 26th. The hosts of the show will be live at the Scrap booking Expo in Sandy, UT that day. Set your DVR’s to tune in on that day. I will be teaching how to make a freezer Chicken Pot Pie.
