School is starting and life is going to get busy. I would like to give away two free copies of my cookbook to help with gearing up for the Fall. Personally, my freezer is empty from the lazines and craziness of the summer. It is time to stock my freezer again and get ready. We will be stating dance lessons, music class, soccer, adult softball, preschool and 1st grade. I’m feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment, but I know stocking my freezer will help.
From now until Monday Aug 23, I am giving away two free copies of “Fabulous Freezer Meals: Over 200 Great-Tasting Recipes to Save Time and Money” published by Walnut Springs Press in Salt Lake City, Utah! Oh man, this was my life last year. I feel for you. Last year I had a newborn, a kindergartner, a preschooler and a 2 year old that insisted on potty training. It was rough. Freezer meals and prayer is what pulled me through. Best of luck this year.

I work full time, have 3 busy kids, and mu hubby is a full time college student, so I don’t have a lot of time to cook. I would love this book so I can prepare better meals and still have time with my family.

I would like a copy of this book because even at 57, with children married and gone from home, and with 5 grandchildren and another due any day now, life is very busy and hectic. I thought it would slow down as I got older, but it just gets busier and busier. And I love it!

I loved Dating Diva’s post, put their button on my webpage to get dating ideas. Plus, I have always wanted to try and make cake balls, and never have. Your post has lite a fire under me and I am going to finally do it for a GNO this month!
On my counter right now are the pizza muffins. They were so EASY! I actually doubled the recipe so we could have enough fresh and then still freeze some for lunches! As I was cooking my son said when are we going to have those pork nachos again- He loved that I chopped up the black beans … just like you suggested. My daughter didn’t even complain about eating them.
Your tips for making frozen pizza crust have changed my life. That, and freezing rice. Best tip ever.
Oh gosh…which post hasn’t been a huge help? We’re especially fond of your frozen pizzas, and I love that it is so much easier to have pizza more often. I used to make it rarely because of the mess for such a little meal–but now I can make 6 pizzas at once (I just make smaller pizzas with the same amount of dough) and feed us 3-4 times! I love it, and so do my kids!

I love freezer cooking! It’s great for those busy nights or times I don’t feel like cooking. I’ve been making your pizza dough recipe regularly. I like to make extra when we’re having pizza so I can pull it out for a quick meal. I would love a copy of the book.

I “liked” freezer dinners a long time ago… and by the way… I left a comment earlier today but probably in the wrong place… so I’ll just put it here… buy powdered buttermilk and use it when necessary instead of wasting money buying too much or substituting. Hugs

I’ve tried many pizza crusts and I absolutely love yours. I never thought of putting oregano, and it does just the trick. I now have to make a larger pizza to feed the family because they like it so much!
This book looks like so much fun! My kids love getting special treats not just as meals but especially as snacks after school! I love reading about these things on facebook and like the photos even more!!
